GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

TOO SMALL, TOO BIG, OR NOT YOUR STYLE?

  • You can exchange/return one or more items within 2 days -48 hours (terms & conditions mentioned below) of receiving your order. Don’t delay—after this period, no returns or exchanges will be possible.
  • To ensure hygiene and safety, our period underwear cannot be returned once worn or used, or if the return request is made more than 2 days or 48 hours after delivery. Re fulfillment of the order is possible only under specific circumstances, assessed on a case by-case basis subject to the discretion of WOOMFLO a unit of TDLP Conscious Alternatives Pvt Ltd.
  • To qualify for return, the product must be returned with its "Thank you" card and cotton bag attached, in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The delivery note must also be included in the package.
  • If you have purchased multiple pieces of the same style and same size we request you to open only one pair to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • If the product(s) is incorrectly delivered not matching the item(s) in the order confirmation then the policy provides for extending re-fulfillment of the order.
  • Kindly note that exchange or return options are not applicable to discounted products unless the delivered item differs from the one ordered.
  • Refunds (if it meets the criteria) for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be provided in the form of store credit exclusively.
  • Product Colours: Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, and in different light settings the end result may vary. There will be no exchange/ return offered on this account.
Eligibility for return/ exchange

- Wrong product shipped,
- Wrong color shipped,
- Wrong size shipped,
- Wrong size or style ordered by the customer

Not eligible for return/exchange if -

- Product is used even if there was a shipping mistake.
- Used product with size mismatch.
- Product used within the 48 hours return period.
- Washed product.
- Slight color discrepancy.
- Return request made after the 48 hours window.
- Discounted items.
- Single item from a bundle purchase.
- Personal preference or mismatched expectations.
- Orders placed on marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.

Terms & Conditions for processing of returns/exchange
  1. The above-mentioned eligibility criteria are met.
  2. Returns are made at the customer’s risk. WOOMFLO cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel by the carrier during the return process, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued in such cases.
  3. If the product delivered was indeed wrong/ different from the one the customer ordered.
  4. WOOMFLO receives the product in good condition with original packaging, tags and labels intact & other accompanying accessories, the product is unwashed and un-used and in the same condition as delivered.
  5. If the return request is initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
Damage
  • Do not open the package if there is visible external damage to the packaging. Kindly contact us with video/picture evidence within 48 hours (2 days) of the receipt of such a package. The external packaging should be clearly visible.
  • In the highly unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please email us at hello@Wwoomflo.co or call / whatsapp us at +91 9035454303 +919008976303 within 48 hours of receiving your order with the video & picture evidence of damaged product. The contents and packaging of the parcel should be clearly visible.
  • Once we verify your request, WOOMFLO, a unit of TDLP Conscious Alternatives Pvt. Ltd will process your request and replace the product or refund the amount as per customer advice, within 7 to 10 working days from the date we receive the product back.

  • Please share the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the incorrectly delivered or defective item.
Cost of exchange/ return
  • WOOMFLO, a division of TDLP Conscious Alternatives Pvt Ltd, will bear the costs of exchange if a wrong product, colour or size was shipped by us.
  • A handling fee of ₹100 will be levied in case exchange is needed for style or size chosen by the customer.
  • In case of receipt of damaged products, customer will receive full refund or exchange as per their choice after verification, within 7 – 10 working days from when we receive the product back & verify the claims, exchange will be initiated at no cost to the customer.
  • We do not offer exchange or return for international orders. Customer can return the product at their expense and will receive re-fulfillment of the following order also at their expense.
  • We offer refund only in case of damaged products. For all other situations we only offer WOOMFLO store credit.
Cancellation Policy:
An order cannot be cancelled once it is successfully shipped from our premises. If you’d like to cancel before your order is shipped, you can send in a request and we will try our best to accommodate. If cancellable, a ₹200 cancellation charge will be applicable.
FAQ ON THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. What should I do when I get my order?
    When you receive your order, put your new undies over a fresh panty that you regularly wear to check the fit. If you don’t dig it, don’t stand for it! Just initiate an exchange request. We will help you with the next best size and style.
    ⚠ In addition to feeling comfortable in your underwear, make sure that the gusset is in good contact with your vulva region. There shouldn't be any gaps, otherwise you may experience leaks!
  2. What products can I exchange?
    Products in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed. The products that are purchased from WOOMFLO website.
    Sales for the following products are final and the products aren’t exchangeable, refundable or returnable: Pouches, Goodies, washing soda powder, soaps, and gift cards …
    In the case of a purchase made in one of our sales outlets, the retailer's return policy applies. No exchange or return is offered if the product is purchased at any marketplace such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa etc.
    In the case of products returned damaged, worn or washed, WOOMFLO does not guarantee an exchange and charges may apply.
  3. How long does the exchange take?
    Once we’ve received your return, we verify it. Then we send out your new order. Oh, and you’ll be notified by email every step of the way. The new order will be shipped within 3-4 days or depending on availability.
  4. Is the exchange free?
    In case of wrong shipment or the unlikely event of receipt of damaged goods WOOMFLO will bear all charges related to exchange of the products.
    In case the customer has ordered a wrong size or style a small handling fee of ₹100 will be applicable for exchange. The same will be levied before initiating the return shipping.
    For international orders, shipping costs for exchange are completely your responsibility.
    When returned products are damaged, worn, or washed, WOOMFLO does not guarantee an exchange and charges may apply, the same will be deducted for the same.
  5. How long are products exchangeable?
    You can request an exchange for up to 2 days (48 hours) after you receive your order. We accept one exchange per order.
  6. Can I request a refund?
    Refund will be offered only in case of the unlikely event of receipt of damaged goods. Under all other situations a WOOMFLO credit note will be offered which can be used to buy any goods available on our website.
  7. Can I request an exchange multiple time?
    If you request a second exchange for the same order, the shipping costs concerning that exchange is at your expense.
