It’s simple! Just follow these 3 golden rules to take good care of your WOOMFLO menstrual undies:

Step 1: Rinse
Rinse with cold water or soak for a maximum of 30 minutes for heavier flows.

Step 2: Wash
Machine wash at 30°C without fabric softener, conditioner, or stain remover (you can wash your panties with your other dark clothes). For handwashing, avoid greasy soap. Ideally, use detergents for delicate or baby clothes, such as soap nuts.

Step 3: Dry
Air dry in the shade. Avoid dryers or direct sunlight, as heat can damage the technical fabrics. During monsoon, dry indoors under a fan.

How to properly use your menstrual panties:

Step 1: Fitting
Ensure your Woomflo fits by trying it over regular underwear. If everything feels perfect, move on to step 2!

Step 2: Wash before use
Hand wash or machine wash (maximum 30°C). We recommend washing twice before first use for optimal absorption.

Step 3: First use
Wear your panty! If it’s your first time using menstrual panties, try them at home or in a comfortable space to boost your confidence.

Step 4: Adjust & optimize
The duration of use depends on your flow, cycle, and activity. Test and adapt as needed. For heavy periods, consider combining Woomflo with additional protection.
